We provide elite level training and competition as a development-first travel program keeping player health and arm care at the forefront of everything we do. We help prepare players for both short and long-term success. Multi-sport is encouraged. Our teams will compete at the highest level. We develop total athletes with a winning mind-set. We also track stats and embrace high tech to encourage success based on metrics of improvement and not simply wins and losses. Our player's rapid development has validated our approach and we are excited to see continued success.
Our roots are in the Tri-Valley, NorCal, our home turf. We practice locally on a weekly basis. Flexible individualized and small group training is offered by appointment 6-7 days a week with elite coaching staff. Our priority is to help members develop the tools to make it to the next level and reach their highest potential. It all starts at the early ages when building the right foundation will influence future success.
We strive to develop well-rounded multi-sport athletes. While we use periodization training year round, our primary focus in baseball is late Spring through early Fall. We believe in flexibility so kids can shut down and avoid the typical early burn out or overuse injuries with most "win-at-all-costs" travel programs. During the off-season, we will offer appropriate health-focused training year round including total athletic performance, a winter power session and Spring Training without missing out on football, soccer or other activities. Your player's health and happiness is #1. This recipe has proven been proven in science-based studies as well as countless real-world examples and we are proud to provide this level of engagement with our players.
